STUFFED!

I'm soooo full now (or what the locals say stuffed)! Had a delicious meal at the Moroccan Restaurant at Fletchers Walk - which I have been walking past to take the bus back from the city. Good idea that we went in early else we won't have seats cos think they have reservations at 7pm..so asked us if it's ok if we leave by 6.50pm which was ok since we were there ard 5.15pm. Only thing was that they are serving their Christmas menu which is a 3-course meal for £15.95..their usual weekday dinners are £9.95 and £7.95 for students (according to their website) and 2-course lunch only £4.95! But anyhow, the food was YUMMY! The service was superb too..haha! The waitress kept emphasising ladies first..hahaa! Conversation was more about cultures cos all of us were from different countries and I think Thai and SG quite similar comparatively maybe cos more Chinese influence in a way. It was quite funny that N. didn't give tip when he paid with his card..and he didn't know that can put cash into the holder..haha..so we gave the waitress after we paid!

Anyway, this is what I had...

Moroccan meatballs made of lamb mince
(Cod) Fish Tangine..2 chunky slices that melt in the mouth!! YUMS

What I had been craving for lately! Cheesecake!!
That's my cous cous on the plate to go with my fish tangine!

The guys I went with..hah..don't worry abt me being the only girl..they're nice people!

Earlier managed to send off my cards at the campus store. Then had case study scenario discussions the whole morning and then mock exam in the afternoon. Was given 6 topics to revise on for the essay questions for the exam and Steve offered to have a tutorial session on Wed morning. I guess I shall try the tutorial questions and see if I've anything to ask then I'll decide if I wanna go down. Oh yes, my research proposal has been approved so asked the admin for the form to transfer to the MSc course and then can get my VISA extended. But my supervising lecturer is someone I don't really know though...is a female lecturer..don't quite know her background though but the other projects she's taking are systematic reviews too. Oh yes, I took the train to city centre from Uni for the 1st time today..it's the same kind of train I took to London la..hahaa! But it was delayed so it was v crowded.

L said she's gg to get some trimmings up tomorrow..haha..and I reminded her that R is coming on Fri and she said oh..we have to get them up for her! Haha..anyway, yesterday's storm wrecked Scotland quite a bit...hope it clears up by the time we go. I guess at most we stay more indoors? Hahaha!
