Thanking the Lord!

This morning saw ice capped vehicles again and icy roads..it was slippery..haha..but I didn't fall nor saw anyone falling! Today walked all the way to uni (and back) and I took 35 min..not bad and come to think of it, that's about the same time I take even if I take the bus cos of the waiting time and slow traffic esp in the mornings! I felt good after the workout..haha! Warmer too! 

Some things to thank the Lord for today:

1) I received a heartwarming text from my SG friend who said she thought of me when she was thinking of a friend and then realised how far I am (yes, it sounds a bit sad but it shows she misses me?)

2) I was blessed with good weather (at least it didn't rain when I was walking)

3) I didn't fall though it was slippery and I was wearing my toning sport shoes

4) Content of the lectures today was interesting (though one of the lecturers was mumbling to himself quite a bit)

5) I got back my Request for CAS no. form finally!

6) I managed to call the bus company and so get a replacement sent (said will send today...so by right I should get it tmr or wed)

7) Thank Him for great classmates yet again - I showed A. and N parts of my fingers that were reddish and a bit swollen..gets itchy when in contact with warm water...and A. asked his dermatologist friend and said probably allergic and photosensitisation occurred..so shld go away after applying some steroid cream (which A. offered to bring for me tmr)

8) Beautiful sunset like a salted egg yolk (see pics below)

Tmr have self-study time in the afternoon..so going to ISAS in library to ask for advice on my VISA. Then prob on my way back I can get bottle brush (I keep forgetting to buy one when I'm out and the other day those I saw didn't have a sponge..I'm afraid it might scratch my dear thermos flask!). Then I have to work on my assignment again cos realised the approach to the ans may not be tt right after today's lecture.
