sweet potato fries

Heavy rain is the forecast today...and it did rain almost the whole day...but the heavy rain is not like the thunderstorms we get in SG.

Went to Uni chaplaincy today. Actually just before I left I was still contemplating if I should just go to my nearby church cos of the weather and my classmate is sick so not joining today too. In the end still went la..wanted to share the Raspberry Shortbread Tart.

There were posters for voting..think is for the president of the Guild of Students? Dunno..but it made the open area leading to the Main Library v artistic..haha! There's also flower buds planted so I think when they bloom, it'll be a lovely sight!!

Everyone liked the tart..phew..hah..after church went to Aldi Bearwood to get chicken and carrots as planned. Bought a 750g of sweet potatoes too cos they were on offer (69p) and I was just telling my friend I have yet to try sweet potato here (cos it's more ex than in SG) and shld try it. Good tt have offer la..hah..also bought a box of frozen chicken kievs.

So this was my dinner today! All baked!

I think tomorrow I'll cook either tandoori chicken (with ready made sauce) or tom yum chicken (using tom yum paste) so that I can keep for Tue/Wed.

Tmr will continue to work on my assignment. Think I'm exceeding word limit again..haaha! Should have to put more in appendices.
