3) I finally got to eat Korean food which was VERY authentic!
4) I managed to show SK how to use her microwave-cum-convection oven to bake so cooked this ribs for ourselves on the first night
5) I bought a pair of calf high boots!!! It's fur inside so v warm! PF and I couldn't believe the price! End up we both bought the same pair cos too cheap!!

9) I managed to get around by myself with the Tube..only had trouble finding the underground station entrance at Euston on the first day I was out
10) I ate at Jamie Oliver's restaurant - but I find the food ok only la..on the salty side and pricey (abt £16 for a main course)
To conclude the main difference between London and B'ham, London has loads more people and international visitors and people are always rushing...VERY happening! Tubes, buses and generally transport is more frequent in London and lots more shops there too! I didn't manage to cover all the sights - didn't even go to Harrods store to see the Christmas display..now I'm tempted to go again! Grrrr..haha..only explored the eastern side of the city so far. But I still prefer to study here..not tt much distractions..hahaha!
Will upload other photos later on...
Tmr is the start of our 9.15am-5pm class teaching week! L also starting work tmr!
